Damage Values[ | ]
Due to pellet spread, the 12GA Pump Shotgun does inconsistent damage at all ranges. The following values were tested at roughly 15 feet, on a motionless target.
- 100% damage when shot in the chest with no armor.
- ?% damage when shot in the chest with Wooden Body Armor.
- ?% damage when shot in the chest with Plated Body Armor.
- ?% damage when shot in the chest with Laminated Tactical Body Armor.
- 100% damage (guaranteed death) when shot in the head with no helmet.
- ?% damage when shot in the head while wearing a Motorcycle Helmet.
- ?% damage when shot in the head while wearing a Tactical Helmet (Still does 100% damage when shot in the face).

The 12GA Pump Shotgun in-game is modeled after the Ithaca 37, available in 12, 16, 20, or 28 gauge shells and contains a 4, 5, or 7 capacity. Unlike most shotguns, it both loads and ejects the shells from the bottom ejection port, making it popular amongst left-handed and right handed shooters alike.
