Star-Spangled Hat is an uncommon item that appears in H1Z1. You can wear it as gear by dragging it onto the player's head.
Location[]
It can be found as a drop after killing the strange type of zombie known as "Uncle Sam". You can sometimes find this "uncle Sam" zombie roaming near the road or you can try to summon it by building a basic shack within a circle of punji sticks. After killing an undetermined number of zombies attacking you within the circle, it should spawn and also try to attack you. If you get hit, you will get terrorized.
